Pleated Bag Cartridges
August 21st, 2021EuroTech’s pleated bag cartridges (PBC) are suitable for use across applications in the hospitality sector and for fulfilling industrial filtration requirements from dust, air pollution, and other airborne contaminants.
The PBC is a highly effective filtration solution as it reduces costs and increases the effectiveness of emission reduction in a harmful atmosphere environment. This is mainly because PBCs can replace the conventional filter sock and cage of baghouses and cell plate openings with a single pleated cartridge while concurrently increasing the baghouse capacity by up to 3 times. This reduces air to cloth ratio incresing capacity of an existing collector or reducing footprint af a new installation.

- Common filter media options: 265 GSM Spunbond PE (standard, anti-static, and water/oil repellent and PTFE membrane plus high temperature options)
- Inner cage: HDPE or expanded metal mesh
Note: We are capable of manufacturing PBCs for any size cell opening as our engineering team makes moulds inhouse. Also, up to 1m length, we are capable of supplying any pleat depth/count combinations.
